Maison De Montgibaud has been lovingly renovated and refurbished by us, the owners Iain and David. We have had a dream for many years to own a chambre d’hôte in France and it has now come true. We finally found what we were looking for in 2021 and have put our stamp and individuality on Maison de Montgibaud in the Corrreze department in France.
Iain is a fluent French speaker and has lived and worked in France previously. His experience includes managing hotels and bars in the UK and France. David comes from 10 years’ experience in Property and Lettings management so between the two of us we bring a wealth of experience and passion. We are very excited to welcome you to our new venture.
Maison de Montgibaud was built in 1930 for an American Congressman and stands proud in the beautiful village of Montgibaud right in the heart of the village next to the church.
The Maison features a beautiful private garden with a pool making it the perfect place to relax.
Our Bedrooms
Within the house we have 4 bedrooms available to book on a bed and breakfast basis.
We have two standalone bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a suite with a balcony room and a twin room sharing a bathroom.
Our Gites
We have two 2 bedroom gites within the grounds.
Both are rented on a self catering basis with full kitchen facilities provided.
