Reservations

Reservations are confirmed with full payment of your entire stay.

Payment for the remainder of your balance (For additional days and extras) can be made on the morning of your departure.

We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, Credit and Debit card.

Cancellations

We are a small business and therefore cancellations will affect us. However we are also understanding when guests have to cancel due to unforseen circumstances, therefore we accept 100% refund for cancellation up to 7 days prior to your arrival.

If you cancel less then 7 days prior to booking, or fail to arrive, your payment will not be refunded.

• Free cancellation possible up to 7 days before arrival
• Less than 7 days before arrival: 100%
• No presentation or early departure: 100%

Arrival & departure

Rooms are available from 3:00pm on the day of your arrival. If you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know in advance.

Please vacate your room by 11:00am on the day of departure. Late checkout may be available depending on availability.

Damages and breakages

Please respect our home and grounds during your stay. We ask that you please report any damages or breakages and leave the rooms in good condition. We will not normally charge for breakages, however guests are responsible for all damages and if significant we reserve the right to charge to make repairs.

General information

Animals

For the comfort of all our guests we do not accept animals in our accommodation.

Parking

We have parking available for use by our guests. Cars parked here are at owners risk.

Non-Smoking

For the safety and comfort of all, smoking is not permitted within the house or gites.
